About Us

Chapter and Verse Spa is a small bath and spa supply store operated out of Lutz, Florida. My name is Stephen Spezzano and my soon to be wife is Bethany Biles, and we own and operate Chapter and Verse Spa. We are committed to helping people refocus themselves on what truly matters, God! Our products are formulated by Stephen, and each order is made with tons of love by Bethany.

Chapter and Verse started in the middle of 2025 as Stephen wanted to show Bethany how simple starting an LLC really is. Submitting the paperwork for their scent company quickly became a passion project for the two of them. With Stephen's background in chemistry, he initially was interested in the extraction of the aromatics, however the equipment was far too expensive. When thinking through how they could add amazing scents to products people love, they realized how many ways scents could be utilized.

We launched our first version of our website in November of 2025. The website was clearly freshly made by beginners. This was given away by the placeholder images for the products we hoped to list. Fast forward a week or two and we had our first sale and were off to the races!
